The question of where to gather after evacuation

Julien: *s’approchant* Ah, Marc !
Julien: Parfait.
Claire: Parfait !
Marc: Ouais ! Au boulot ! La journée va être longue…

Claire: Excuse me! Excuse me! Where should we wait? I’ve lost my children in the crush!
Marc: Calm down, madam. Uh… normally, the assembly point is in the south car park, near the pharmacy.
Claire: The south car park? Which one? There are three of them! And my kids, they don’t know where to go!
Julien: *approaching* Ah, Marc! We’ve got a problem. The south car park is inaccessible because of the fire truck.
Marc: Darn it! Now what do we do? People are coming from everywhere…
Julien: Ben, we need to redirect everyone to the green zone in front of the main entrance. Can you take care of that?
Claire: Wait, wait! I don’t understand anything! My children might already be at the south car park!
Marc: Listen, madam, we’ll take care of that. How old are your kids?
Claire: They’re twelve and fourteen. They were with me in the clothing department when the alarm went off, and then… pfft! They disappeared!
Julien: Okay, don’t panic. Marc, you stay here to direct people, I’ll go round the assembly points.
Marc: Yeah, good idea. *To Claire* Madam, give me a description of your children.
Claire: Uh… Léa has long brown hair and is wearing a red sweater. And Thomas, he’s tall for his age, wearing ripped jeans and black sneakers.
Julien: Perfect. We’ll find them, alright! In the meantime, head to the main entrance, green zone. You’ll see the orange cones.
Claire: But what if my children go to the south car park and I’m at the main entrance?
Marc: Exactly, we’ll set up a shuttle between the two points. That way, families will be able to find each other more easily.
A passerby: *approaching* Excuse me, do you know how long this is going to last? My husband is waiting for me in the car…
Julien: Madam, for now, no one can go back inside. We have to wait for the firefighters’ all-clear.
Claire: Oh, just in time! Here comes the fire chief!
Marc: Oh? *turning around* Yes, that’s him. Commander! Can we speak to you for two minutes?
The Commander: Yes, briefly. The operation should be over in about an hour.
Julien: An hour?! People aren’t going to be able to wait outside that long!
The Commander: Yes, I’m afraid so, sorry. False alarm or not, we have to check the entire system. Organize yourselves as best you can.
Claire: An hour? But it’s freezing out here! And my children are out there somewhere…
Marc: Okay, listen, everyone. We’ll ask the café across the street if they can accommodate families with children.
The passerby: And what about the rest of us? We’re cold too, you know!
Julien: Uh… we’ll see if there are any other shops open on the street. Ah! The supermarket over there might be willing to accommodate us.
Claire: *suddenly excited* Wait! I hear Thomas’s voice! THOMAS! THOMAS!
Thomas: *from afar* MOM! We’re here! Near the bakery!
Claire: Ah, what a scare! *to Marc* Thank you so much! Where were they, in the end?
Marc: Apparently near the bakery… That’s strange, it’s not at all an official meeting point.
Léa: *running in* MOM! We didn’t know where to go! A man told us to wait over there!
Julien: Which man? Was he in uniform?
Thomas: No, just a customer like us. He said it was safer away from the building.
Marc: Ah, I see… Well, he wasn’t wrong! Okay, now that you’re all back together, let’s head to the café across the street!
Claire: Perfect! Thanks again, you were wonderful! Come on, kids, let’s cross.
Julien: *to Marc* You see? Even in the chaos, people help each other. Okay, come on, let’s keep organizing all this!
Marc: Yeah! Back to work! It’s going to be a long day…
