- Nakiedy.pl Sp. z o.o. – booking platform.
- PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. – payment processing.

- Anthropic PBC – Claude AI model (conversation content processing in USA, transfer on SCCs).
- MailingR spółka z o.o. – paywall / Zanfia file repository.
Data may be transferred to public authorities based on applicable regulations.
4. Data Transfers Outside EEA
For Google, Stripe, Anthropic services – transfers are based on standard contractual clauses or Commission implementing decisions.
5. Individual Rights

- objection (marketing, analytics),
- complaint to the President of UODO (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
6. Cookies
The Website uses functional, analytical (GA) and marketing cookies. Users can manage cookies independently in browser settings. Refusal to save cookies may limit some Website functions.
7. Security Measures

- encrypted connections with Nakiedy and Stripe,
- strong password policy,
- data backups on encrypted servers.
8. Automated Decision-Making
The Controller does not use profiling with legal effects.
9. Policy Changes
The current version is effective from December 29, 2025. Changes will be published on the Website; significant changes will be communicated by email (when possible).
