C’est un samedi après-midi d’hiver à Lyon. Il vient de neiger et la température est idéale pour les activités hivernales. Emma appelle sa meilleure amie Sophie pour lui proposer une sortie sportive, mais leurs plans vont rapidement se compliquer avec l’arrivée inattendue de Julien, un ami commun.

Emma : Salut Sophie ! Tu as vu dehors ? Il a neigé toute la nuit ! Ça te dit qu’on aille faire de la luge cet après-midi ?
Sophie : Oh chouette ! J’avais justement envie de sortir. Mais euh… j’ai un petit souci avec mes bottes de neige, elles sont trempées depuis hier.
Emma : Pas de problème ! Ma sœur en a des tonnes, tu pourras lui emprunter une paire. Tu préfères qu’on aille aux Monts d’Or ou à Lacroix-Laval ?
Sophie : Ben, Lacroix-Laval c’est plus proche, non ? Et puis il y a cette super pente près de l’étang gelé.
Emma : Ah tiens, tu me fais penser ! L’étang est gelé ? On pourrait faire du patin alors !
Sophie : Carrément ! J’adore patiner, même si je tombe tout le temps… hein, tu te souviens l’année dernière ?
Emma : Haha ! Comment oublier ? Tu es tombée au moins dix fois ! Bon, on prend nos patins ET nos luges alors ?
Sophie : Parfait ! On se retrouve vers quelle heure ? Il faut que je passe récupérer mes patins chez mes parents d’abord.
Emma : Disons… 14h30 à l’entrée du parc ? Ça te laisse le temps ?
Sophie : Nickel ! J’apporte du chocolat chaud dans un thermos ?
Emma : Oh oui ! Et moi je prends des… *sonnerie de téléphone* Attends, on me bipe. C’est Julien.
Sophie : Prends, prends ! Moi je vais me préparer.

Sophie : Alors ? Il se passe quoi ?
Emma : Euh, ben… Julien vient de se disputer avec sa copine et il a l’air vraiment déprimé. Il voudrait nous accompagner.
Sophie : Ah bon ? Mais enfin, on avait prévu ça entre filles ! Et puis, tu sais comme il peut être rabat-joie quand ça va pas…
Emma : Je sais bien, mais qu’est-ce que tu veux que je lui dise ? “Non, désolée, on veut pas de toi” ?
Sophie : Non, évidemment… Bon d’accord, mais j’espère qu’il va pas nous plomber l’ambiance !
Emma : Allez, ça lui fera du bien de prendre l’air ! Et puis, il patine super bien, il pourra nous donner des conseils.
Sophie : Mouais… Enfin bon. Il nous retrouve où alors ?
Emma : À l’entrée du parc aussi. Ah, et il ramène son appareil photo, paraît-il.
Sophie : Tiens, c’est pas son genre ça ! Bon, tant mieux si ça lui remonte le moral.
Emma : Au fait, tu as vérifié la météo ? Ça serait dommage qu’il se remette à neiger.
Sophie : J’ai regardé ce matin, ça devrait tenir ! Par contre, il va faire vraiment froid, moins cinq degrés !
Emma : Parfait pour que la glace soit bien solide ! Bon, je file me préparer. N’oublie pas tes gants !
Sophie : Compte sur moi ! Et toi, n’oublie pas la luge de ta sœur au cas où Julien n’en aurait pas.
