Claire, la vice-présidente sortante, les accompagne pour cette passation de pouvoir officieuse mais cruciale pour l’avenir de l’organisation.

Sophie : Bon alors Thomas, félicitations encore pour ton élection ! Tu es prêt pour le grand saut ?
Thomas : Merci Sophie ! Euh, pour être honnête, je suis un peu stressé. Tu as fait un boulot extraordinaire ces trois dernières années…
Claire : Oh là là, ne dis pas ça ! Tu vas très bien t’en sortir. D’ailleurs, Sophie, tu peux lui expliquer comment tu t’organises avec tous ces dossiers ?
Sophie : Bien sûr ! Alors, tiens, voilà le classeur principal avec tous les contacts importants. Le plus crucial, c’est notre partenariat avec la mairie pour les événements éco-responsables.
Thomas : Ah oui, j’en ai entendu parler. C’est vrai qu’on a des subventions garanties jusqu’à quand déjà ?
Sophie : Justement, euh… c’est là que ça se complique un peu. Notre contact principal, Madame Dubois, part à la retraite le mois prochain.
Claire : Quoi ? Tu ne nous avais jamais dit ça !
Sophie : Ben si, je vous l’avais mentionné… enfin je crois. Bon, c’est pas dramatique, mais il faudra refaire ses preuves avec le nouveau responsable.
Thomas : Zut alors ! Et on sait qui va la remplacer ?
Sophie : Un certain Monsieur Leroy, apparemment. J’ai essayé de le contacter plusieurs fois, mais pas de réponse pour l’instant.
Claire : Hein ? Mais c’est embêtant ça ! On a notre grande campagne de sensibilisation prévue en octobre…
Thomas : Attends, attends… Ça veut dire que tous nos projets pour le semestre sont en danger ?
Sophie : Non, non, calme-toi ! On a déjà signé la convention pour cette année. C’est juste pour l’année prochaine qu’il faut s’inquiéter.
Claire : Ouf, tu nous as fait peur ! Bon, et sinon, pour l’équipe actuelle ? Qui reste, qui part ?
Sophie : Alors, la plupart des membres du bureau restent. Marine continue comme trésorière, c’est chouette ! Par contre, on perd Julien qui part en Erasmus.
Thomas : Ah mince, Julien c’était notre spécialiste communication, non ?
Sophie : Exactement. Il faudra absolument recruter quelqu’un pour les réseaux sociaux et le site web.
Claire : J’ai peut-être une idée ! Ma petite sœur étudie en communication, elle cherche une expérience associative…
Thomas : Tiens, pourquoi pas ? Elle a déjà fait ce genre de choses ?
Claire : Euh, ben… pas exactement, mais elle est super motivée et elle maîtrise parfaitement Instagram et TikTok.
Sophie : Hm, TikTok pour une asso écolo… pourquoi pas, après tout ! Il faut savoir évoluer avec son époque.
Thomas : Bon, on verra ça. Sophie, tu peux me parler du budget ? C’est ce qui m’inquiète le plus, pour être franc.
Sophie : Ah, là c’est du tout cuit ! On a une gestion très saine. Regarde, voilà les comptes des deux dernières années.
Claire : Sophie a toujours été très rigoureuse avec l’argent. Parfois même un peu trop ! Tu te souviens de l’histoire des gobelets réutilisables ?
Sophie : Hey ! On a économisé 200 euros grâce à ça !
Thomas : Quelle histoire de gobelets ?
Claire : Oh, Sophie avait refusé qu’on achète des gobelets personnalisés pour notre stand parce qu’elle trouvait ça trop cher…
Sophie : Et j’avais raison ! On s’est débrouillés autrement et on a pu financer deux plantations d’arbres en plus.
Thomas : Bon ben, j’espère avoir le même sens de l’économie ! Au fait, il y a combien de membres actifs actuellement ?
Sophie : Une quarantaine de membres cotisants, et environ quinze vraiment actifs. C’est pas mal pour une asso étudiante !
Claire : Et en parlant de membres, il y a eu des tensions récemment avec le groupe des “radicaux”…
Thomas : Les radicaux ? Qu’est-ce que tu veux dire ?
Sophie : Ah oui, euh… quelques membres trouvent qu’on n’est pas assez militants, qu’on fait trop de compromis avec l’administration.
Thomas : Et c’est grave ? Ils menacent de partir ?
Claire : Non, mais ils font parfois de la résistance pendant les réunions. Ça peut être… fatiguant.
Sophie : Écoute Thomas, le secret c’est de les laisser s’exprimer, mais de rester ferme sur les décisions collectives. Democracy first !
Thomas : D’accord, j’essaierai de m’en souvenir. Et pour les événements de l’année ? Vous avez déjà des trucs de prévus ?
Sophie : Oui ! On a notre marché bio mensuel qui fonctionne super bien, la journée “zéro déchet” au printemps, et notre nouveau projet de repair café.
Claire : Le repair café, c’est mon bébé ! J’espère que tu vas continuer même si je pars en stage…
Thomas : Bien sûr ! Ça me paraît génial comme concept. Tu peux m’expliquer comment ça marche ?
Claire : C’est simple : les étudiants apportent leurs objets cassés et on organise des ateliers de réparation avec des bénévoles compétents.
Sophie : Et ça marche du tonnerre ! On a déjà réparé plus de cent objets depuis janvier.
Thomas : Fantastique ! Bon, je crois que j’ai une vision plus claire maintenant. Vous pensez que je suis prêt ?
Sophie : Thomas, tu as toutes les qualités nécessaires. Et puis, on sera là pour t’aider au début, hein Claire ?
Claire : Absolument ! Et puis, l’équipe est soudée, ça c’est le plus important.
