Thomas : Salut Sophie ! Ça fait plaisir de te voir. Tu as l’air un peu préoccupée, tout va bien ?
Sophie : Euh… salut Thomas. Ben justement, il faut qu’on se parle. Tu as cinq minutes ?
Thomas : Bien sûr ! Installe-toi. Qu’est-ce qui se passe ?
Sophie : Voilà… c’est pas facile à dire, mais je réfléchis sérieusement à quitter le club.
Thomas : Ah bon ? Mais pourquoi ? Tu es l’une de nos membres les plus investies !
Sophie : Justement, c’est ça le problème. J’ai l’impression de faire tout le boulot toute seule.
Thomas : Comment ça ? Je ne comprends pas bien…
Sophie : Ben, prends l’expo de la semaine dernière par exemple. J’ai passé des heures à tout organiser, et au final, trois personnes se sont pointées pour m’aider.
Thomas : Euh… c’est vrai que l’organisation, c’est pas le fort de tout le monde ici. Mais ton travail est vraiment apprécié, tu sais !
Sophie : Ouais, apprécié peut-être, mais pas partagé ! Et puis il y a autre chose…
Thomas : Dis-moi tout, on va essayer de trouver des solutions.
Sophie : L’ambiance a changé depuis que Marc et sa bande ont rejoint le club. Ils se prennent pour des pros et critiquent tout le monde.
Thomas : Ah… tu fais référence aux nouveaux venus de septembre ?
Sophie : Exactement ! La semaine dernière, Marc a dit que mes photos étaient “trop amateurs” devant tout le monde. C’était super gênant.
Thomas : Zut alors ! Je n’étais pas au courant. Pourquoi tu ne m’en as pas parlé plus tôt ?

Marc : Écoute, j’ai fait les Beaux-Arts, j’ai exposé dans plusieurs galeries. Je sais reconnaître la qualité.
Sophie : Et alors ? On n’est pas tous des professionnels ! C’est un club de loisir, je te rappelle.
Marc : Justement, c’est pas une raison pour accepter la médiocrité !
Thomas : Stop ! Marc, ton expérience est précieuse, mais l’esprit du club, c’est l’entraide et le partage.
Sophie : Exactement ! Avant, on s’encourageait mutuellement. Maintenant, j’ai l’impression de passer un examen à chaque séance.
Marc : Euh… je voulais pas créer de tensions. Je pensais bien faire en donnant des conseils.
