C’est jeudi soir au club de football local “Les Aigles de Montclair”. Les parents des jeunes joueurs se réunissent dans la salle de réunion pour discuter de l’organisation de la saison à venir. L’entraîneur principal, Monsieur Dubois, anime la réunion avec l’aide de Madame Lefèvre, la présidente du club, et Monsieur Martin, un parent bénévole très impliqué.

M. Dubois : Bonsoir à tous ! Merci d’être venus si nombreux ce soir. Euh… bon, on va pouvoir commencer notre réunion de rentrée.
Mme Lefèvre : Oui, parfait ! Alors, comme vous le savez, cette année nous avons 45 enfants inscrits dans nos différentes catégories.
M. Martin : C’est formidable ! L’année dernière on n’était que 38, hein ?
M. Dubois : Exactement ! Bon, le problème c’est qu’avec tous ces nouveaux, on va avoir besoin de plus d’équipement et surtout… de plus de bénévoles.
Mme Durand : Ah bon ? Qu’est-ce qu’il nous manque exactement ?
Mme Lefèvre : Ben, déjà des chasubles pour les entraînements, des cônes, et puis il faudrait renouveler une partie des ballons.
M. Petit : Et ça coûte combien tout ça ?
M. Dubois : Euh… on a fait les calculs avec Madame Lefèvre. À peu près 800 euros.
M. Martin : Aïe ! C’est pas donné… On a prévu quelque chose pour financer tout ça ?
Mme Lefèvre : Justement ! On pensait organiser un tournoi inter-clubs en novembre. Ça pourrait rapporter dans les 500 euros si on fait bien les choses.
Mme Thomas : Chouette ! Mon mari adore organiser ce genre d’événements. Il pourrait nous aider, non ?
M. Dubois : Ah, ce serait parfait ! Mais il faudra aussi des parents pour tenir la buvette, s’occuper de l’arbitrage…
M. Petit : Moi, l’arbitrage, euh… j’y connais rien du tout !
Mme Durand : Ben moi non plus ! Mais pour la buvette, ça va. Je peux m’en occuper avec deux ou trois autres mamans.
M. Martin : Attendez, attendez ! Y a un truc qui me tracasse. Où est-ce qu’on va faire ce tournoi ? Notre terrain principal est en rénovation jusqu’en décembre, non ?
Mme Lefèvre : Ah zut ! J’avais complètement oublié ! Monsieur Dubois, vous étiez au courant ?
M. Dubois : Euh… ben oui, mais je pensais que les travaux seraient finis plus tôt. Il faut que je vérifie avec la mairie.
Mme Thomas : Et si ce n’est pas possible ? On fait comment ?
M. Martin : On pourrait peut-être demander au club de Saint-Maurice s’ils peuvent nous prêter leurs installations ?
Mme Lefèvre : Bonne idée ! Ils nous ont déjà dépannés l’année dernière. Je vais les appeler demain.
M. Petit : Au fait, en parlant de terrains… celui de l’école primaire, il est toujours disponible pour nos entraînements du mercredi ?
M. Dubois : Alors là, c’est un autre problème ! La directrice m’a dit qu’ils avaient des travaux prévus en octobre.
Mme Durand : Oh non ! Mais les enfants, ils vont s’entraîner où pendant ce temps-là ?
Mme Thomas : Hein ? Vous plaisantez j’espère ! Mon fils attend ces entraînements toute la semaine !
M. Dubois : Non, non, rassurez-vous ! On a trouvé une solution temporaire. Le gymnase du collège est libre le mercredi après-midi.
M. Martin : Ah bon ? Mais c’est du foot en salle alors ?
Mme Lefèvre : Exactement ! Ça peut être sympa pour changer. Et puis, avec l’automne qui arrive, on sera à l’abri de la pluie.
Mme Durand : Tiens, c’est vrai ! Et niveau transport ? C’est plus loin que d’habitude.
M. Dubois : Euh… ben justement, on va avoir besoin de parents pour assurer le covoiturage.
M. Petit : Pas de souci pour moi ! J’ai un monospace, je peux prendre 6 gamins.
Mme Thomas : Moi aussi, je peux aider. Mon mari finit plus tôt le mercredi.
Mme Lefèvre : Parfait ! Bon, on avance bien. Maintenant, parlons du planning des matchs de championnat.
M. Martin : Ah oui ! Alors, on commence quand cette année ?
M. Dubois : Le premier match, c’est le 15 octobre contre Beaumont. Mais attention, ils ont une équipe très forte cette saison !
Mme Durand : Les enfants sont au courant ? Il faut qu’ils s’entraînent sérieusement !
M. Dubois : Bien sûr ! D’ailleurs, j’aimerais organiser un stage pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. Qu’est-ce que vous en pensez ?
Mme Thomas : Euh… ça dépend des dates. On part chez mes beaux-parents la première semaine.
M. Petit : Moi, c’est pareil. La deuxième semaine serait mieux.
Mme Lefèvre : Bon, on va faire un sondage auprès de tous les parents. Comme ça, on choisira la période qui convient au plus grand nombre.
M. Martin : Excellente idée ! Et pour le coût de ce stage ?
M. Dubois : On pensait à 30 euros par enfant pour les trois jours. Ça couvre les frais du terrain et le petit matériel.
Mme Durand : C’est raisonnable ! Mon fils va être ravi.
Mme Lefèvre : Parfait ! Bon, je crois qu’on a fait le tour des points principaux. Des questions ?
M. Martin : Juste une dernière chose… Pour l’assemblée générale de fin d’année, on maintient en juin ?
