Le Dr Martinez, médecin urgentiste, lui explique les soins à suivre et les démarches administratives pour sa sortie. L’infirmière Sophie les rejoint pour finaliser les documents de sortie.

Dr Martinez : Alors Madame Dubois, les radios sont rassurantes. Pas de fracture, juste une belle entorse de grade 2. On va pouvoir vous laisser sortir.
Mme Dubois : Ah, tant mieux ! J’avais vraiment peur que ce soit cassé. Ça fait un mal de chien depuis ce matin.
Dr Martinez : C’est normal, c’est encore très inflammé. Bon, alors voici votre ordonnance. Il faut absolument respecter le repos pendant au moins une semaine.
Mme Dubois : Une semaine complète ? Euh… c’est que j’ai un travail très prenant, docteur. Je suis comptable et on est en pleine période de bilan.
Dr Martinez : Écoutez, si vous ne respectez pas le repos, vous risquez de transformer cette entorse en quelque chose de chronique. Hein, c’est pas ce qu’on veut !
Mme Dubois : Ben oui, mais… Mon patron va pas être content du tout. Qu’est-ce que vous me prescrivez exactement ?
Dr Martinez : Alors, anti-inflammatoires matin et soir pendant 5 jours, du paracétamol si la douleur persiste. Et surtout, attelle rigide jour et nuit pendant 48h minimum.

Sophie : Pas de problème. Ça fera 185 euros pour la consultation aux urgences et les radios.
Mme Dubois : 185 euros ?! Ben dis donc, c’est pas donné ! Enfin, heureusement que j’ai ma CB…
Dr Martinez : Reprenons les consignes importantes. Kinésithérapeute dès que la douleur diminue, dans 4-5 jours environ. Votre médecin traitant dans 48h pour le suivi.
Mme Dubois : Tiens, j’y pense… Pour le kiné, il faut une ordonnance spéciale ?
