Marc et Sophie viennent de terminer leur premier rendez-vous dans un restaurant sympathique du quartier Latin. L’ambiance était excellente, ils ont bien rigolé ensemble, mais voilà que l’addition arrive… Une situation un peu délicate où chacun ne sait pas trop comment réagir !

Marc : Bon, eh bien… c’était vraiment délicieux ! J’ai passé une super soirée, Sophie.
Sophie : Moi aussi ! Ce restaurant est génial, merci de me l’avoir fait découvrir.
Le serveur : Excusez-moi, voici l’addition. Bonne soirée !
Marc : Merci… *[regarde l’addition]* Euh, bon alors…
Sophie : Attends, on partage, hein ? C’est normal.
Marc : Non non, laisse ! C’est moi qui t’ai invitée, donc c’est moi qui régale.
Sophie : Ah non, écoute Marc, on n’est plus au 19ème siècle ! Je peux payer ma part, tu sais.
Marc : Ben… si tu veux, mais franchement, ça me dérange pas de payer. J’ai eu l’idée du resto, alors…
Sophie : C’est gentil, mais j’insiste vraiment. On fait moitié-moitié, d’accord ?
Marc : *[souriant]* T’es têtue, dis donc ! Bon, si ça te fait plaisir… Voyons voir… *[calcule]* Ça fait 47 euros en tout.
Sophie : Parfait, donc 23,50 chacun. *[sort son portefeuille]* Oh zut ! J’ai qu’un billet de 20 et de la petite monnaie…
Marc : Pas de souci, donne-moi tes 20 euros et je m’occupe du reste.
Sophie : Euh… *[compte sa monnaie]* J’ai… 2 euros 30 en pièces. Ça fait que 22,30… Il me manque encore 1,20.
Marc : *[rigole]* Sophie, c’est pas grave ! Allez, je paie la différence.

Marc : Ah bon ? Ben ça, c’est embêtant !
Sophie : Oh là là… Et moi qui n’ai pas assez de liquide ! C’est la tuile !
Marc : Bon, écoute Sophie, c’est pas un drame. Cette fois, c’est moi qui invite, point final !
Sophie : Mais Marc, ça me gêne vraiment… Je me sens redevable !
Marc : Redevable ? N’importe quoi ! On s’est bien amusés, c’est l’essentiel, non ?
Sophie : Si, mais quand même… Tiens, j’ai une idée ! La prochaine fois, c’est moi qui t’invite au cinéma !
Marc : *[souriant]* Ah, donc il y aura une prochaine fois ? Chouette !
Sophie : *[rougit légèrement]* Euh… ben oui, si tu veux bien sûr !
Marc : Avec grand plaisir ! Bon alors, marché conclu ?
Sophie : D’accord, mais je paie vraiment la prochaine sortie, hein !
Marc : Promis ! *[fait signe au serveur]* Monsieur, s’il vous plaît !
Le serveur : Oui ?
Marc : *[tend un billet de 50 euros]* Voilà, gardez la monnaie.
Le serveur : Merci beaucoup, très généreux !
Sophie : *[chuchote]* Marc, tu as laissé beaucoup trop de pourboire !
Marc : *[chuchote aussi]* Ben quoi ? On a passé une soirée fantastique, non ? Et puis, il a été sympa malgré le problème de carte.
Sophie : C’est vrai… Bon, la prochaine fois, je surveille ton portefeuille ! *[rit]*
Marc : *[se lève]* Allez viens, on y va ? Je te raccompagne chez toi.
Sophie : Avec plaisir ! Et encore merci pour ce délicieux dîner.
Marc : De rien ! Vivement notre prochaine sortie alors !
Sophie : *[souriant]* Ouais, et cette fois, c’est moi qui choisis le lieu !
