Après une longue journée de travail dans une entreprise parisienne, trois collègues – Sophie, Marc et Julie – discutent dans l’open space pour organiser une soirée d’intégration avec leur équipe. Ils doivent trouver un lieu qui convienne à tout le monde et gérer quelques complications de dernière minute.

Sophie : Bon alors, on fait quoi pour cette fameuse soirée d’équipe ? Il faut vraiment qu’on se décide aujourd’hui !
Marc : Ouais, t’as raison. Moi je pensais à ce nouveau bar à cocktails près de République, le “Mix & Match”. Paraît qu’ils font des trucs de dingue.
Julie : Euh… je sais pas trop. C’est pas un peu cher pour tout le monde ? Et puis Thomas m’a dit qu’il préférait quelque chose de plus décontracté.
Sophie : Ah ben justement, j’ai une idée ! Et si on faisait ça au “Café des Sports” ? Ils ont une arrière-salle qu’on peut privatiser, c’est convivial et pas ruineux.
Marc : Le Café des Sports ? Sérieux ? C’est pas un peu… comment dire… ringard ?
Julie : Hein ? Ringard ? Mais non, c’est authentique ! Et puis ils font de super planches de charcuterie.
Sophie : Exactement ! Et niveau prix, c’est parfait. Une bière à 4 euros, un verre de vin à 5… Ça reste raisonnable.
Marc : Mouais… Bon, d’accord, mais il y a de l’ambiance au moins ? Parce que si c’est pour se retrouver dans un truc mort…
Julie : T’inquiète pas ! Ils ont une playlist sympa et même un baby-foot. Ça peut être marrant !
Sophie : Parfait ! Alors je les appelle pour réserver ? On serait combien… 12 personnes ?
Marc : Attends, attends ! Il faut qu’on vérifie avec les autres d’abord. Et puis… euh… j’ai oublié de vous dire un truc…
Julie : Quoi ? Tu fais cette tête bizarre…
Marc : Ben en fait, Sandrine peut pas venir vendredi. Elle a son cours de yoga qu’elle peut pas rater.
Sophie : Zut ! Mais on avait dit vendredi ! Et jeudi, c’est impossible, j’ai mon dentiste.
Julie : Ah non, pas jeudi ! J’ai promis à ma mère de l’accompagner faire ses courses. Et samedi ?
Marc : Samedi… euh… ça me va. Mais le Café des Sports, ils sont ouverts le samedi soir ?
Sophie : Bonne question ! Faut que je vérifie. Tiens, je vais les appeler tout de suite.

Sophie : Allô ? Bonjour, c’est pour une réservation… Ah… d’accord… Merci quand même.
Julie : Alors ?
Sophie : Bon ben… ils sont fermés le samedi soir. Rénovations dans la cuisine.
Marc : Super ! On fait comment maintenant ?
Julie : Ben écoutez, et si on revenait à ton idée du Mix & Match ? Après tout, c’est pour faire plaisir à l’équipe…
Sophie : Ouais, mais le budget… Combien ça coûte là-bas ?
Marc : J’ai regardé sur leur site. Les cocktails sont entre 8 et 12 euros. C’est pas donné, mais bon…
Julie : Attend, j’ai une idée ! Et si chacun payait sa part et qu’on faisait une cagnotte pour les amuse-bouches ?
Sophie : Pas mal comme idée ! Comme ça, personne n’est lésé.
Marc : Parfait ! Alors Mix & Match, samedi soir. Je peux les appeler si vous voulez, je connais le gérant.
Julie : Génial ! Tu peux réserver pour quelle heure ? 19h30, ça vous va ?
Sophie : Impeccable ! Ah mais… attendez… il faut prévenir tout le monde du changement de jour ET de lieu…
Marc : T’as raison ! Julie, tu peux envoyer un mail à l’équipe ?
Julie : Aucun problème ! Je fais ça dans la soirée. Bon, on dit quoi ? “Nouvelle organisation pour notre soirée d’intégration” ?
Sophie : Parfait ! Et précise bien le prix des consommations, histoire qu’il y ait pas de surprise.
Marc : D’acc ! Bon, je vais les appeler maintenant avant qu’ils soient complets.
Julie : Chouette ! Ça va être une super soirée ! J’ai hâte de voir la tête de Pierre quand il va goûter leurs cocktails exotiques !
Sophie : Ah ça, ça va être marrant ! Bon, allez, au boulot maintenant. On règle les derniers détails demain ?

Sophie : Oh, actually, I have an idea! What if we did it at the “Café des Sports”? They have a back room we can reserve, it’s friendly and not expensive.
Marc : The Café des Sports? Seriously? Isn’t it a bit… how to put it… tacky?
Julie : Huh? Tacky? No way, it’s authentic! And they do great charcuterie boards.
Sophie : Exactly! And in terms of price, it’s perfect. A beer for €4, a glass of wine for €5… It’s still reasonable.
