Sophie et Marc, un couple de trentenaires qui travaillent tous les deux à temps plein, discutent dans leur salon de la possibilité d’engager une femme de ménage. Leur appartement devient difficile à maintenir propre avec leurs horaires chargés, mais ils hésitent encore sur cette décision.
DIALOGUE
Sophie : Marc, on ne peut plus continuer comme ça… Regarde l’état de l’appartement ! Entre le boulot et tout le reste, on n’arrive plus à suivre avec le ménage.
Marc : Ouais, tu as raison. Mais bon, engager quelqu’un pour faire le ménage, ça me gêne un peu, tu vois… On n’a jamais eu besoin de ça avant.
Sophie : Écoute, ma collègue Émilie a trouvé une super femme de ménage. Elle vient deux fois par semaine, c’est nickel ! Et puis, euh… on gagne assez bien notre vie maintenant, non ?
Marc : C’est sûr, mais combien ça coûte exactement ? Parce que bon, entre le crédit de l’appart et la voiture…
Sophie : Ben, d’après Émilie, ça tourne autour de 15 euros de l’heure. Si elle vient 3 heures, deux fois par semaine, ça fait… attends… 90 euros par semaine.
Marc : Ah quand même ! Ça fait presque 400 euros par mois ! C’est pas donné…
Sophie : Oui mais réfléchis ! On passe nos week-ends à nettoyer au lieu de se détendre. Et puis, regarde derrière toi… la salle de bains, c’est l’horreur !
Marc : Hein ? Ah zut, tu as vu les joints ? Ils sont tout noirs ! Bon d’accord, on pourrait peut-être essayer… Mais comment on trouve quelqu’un de confiance ?
Sophie : J’ai pensé demander les coordonnées à Émilie. Sa femme de ménage, elle s’appelle Rosa, elle a l’air très sérieuse. Ça fait deux ans qu’elle travaille chez eux.
Marc : Et au niveau des assurances, tout ça… Il faut qu’elle soit déclarée, non ?
Sophie : Bien sûr ! Il faut passer par le CESU, le chèque emploi service. C’est légal et on peut même avoir des réductions d’impôts.
Marc : Ah bon ? On récupère de l’argent ?
Sophie : Ouais, je crois qu’on peut déduire 50% des frais, dans une certaine limite. Au final, ça nous coûterait moins cher que ce qu’on pensait.
Marc : Bon alors… qu’est-ce qu’elle ferait exactement ? Parce que moi, ranger mes affaires, ça va, je peux le faire.
Sophie : Ben, l’aspirateur, le sol, la salle de bains, la cuisine… Les trucs chiants quoi ! Nous, on garderait le rangement et le linge.
Marc : Et si on n’est pas là ? Il faut lui donner les clés ?
Sophie : Tiens, c’est vrai ça… Ça me rend un peu nerveuse aussi. Laisser entrer quelqu’un chez nous quand on n’est pas là…
Marc : On pourrait peut-être commencer par être présents les premières fois ? Histoire de voir comment ça se passe.
Sophie : Bonne idée ! Et puis Rosa, elle a sûrement des références, non ? Émilie dit qu’elle est vraiment de confiance.
Marc : D’accord, mais moi j’aimerais la rencontrer avant de décider. On peut pas engager quelqu’un comme ça, sans la connaître !
Sophie : Évidemment ! Je vais demander à Émilie si Rosa cherche de nouveaux clients. Et on organisera un rendez-vous.
Marc : Attends, attends… Et si ça ne marche pas ? Si elle casse quelque chose ou si le travail n’est pas bien fait ?
Sophie : Euh… Ben on peut toujours arrêter, non ? On n’est pas obligés de signer un contrat à vie ! On fait un essai d’un mois et on voit.
Marc : Ouais, c’est raisonnable. Et au niveau des horaires ? Il faut qu’on soit flexibles ?
Sophie : Je pense qu’on peut s’arranger. Le mieux ce serait le matin quand on est au travail. Comme ça, on rentre dans un appart nickel !
Marc : Chouette ! Au fait, il faut qu’on range un minimum avant qu’elle vienne, tu crois pas ?
Sophie : Ah ben oui ! On va pas lui montrer notre bordel ! Il faut qu’on fasse un grand tri dans nos affaires.
Marc : Bon alors, on fait comment ? Tu appelles Émilie cette semaine ?
Sophie : Parfait ! Je lui envoie un message dès demain. Et toi, tu te renseignes sur le CESU ?
Marc : Deal ! Mais promets-moi qu’on en rediscute après avoir rencontré Rosa, d’accord ?
Sophie : Promis ! Allez, en attendant, on s’attaque à cette salle de bains ?
Marc : Pfff… Allez, c’est parti ! Mais c’est bien la dernière fois qu’on nettoie ces joints !
